Chip Parrish is the founder of Urban Life 5280, as well as a Broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX of Cherry Creek. As a dual licensed real estate and mortgage broker, Chip serves the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout many of Denver’s finest neighborhoods, including Montclair, Mayfair, Park Hill, Congress and Cheesman Parks, Capitol Hill and Cherry Creek.



Parrish studied political science at the University of Colorado (Boulder) and agricultural economics at Texas A&M University. His professional background includes serving eight years as an investment banker, including five years in industrial real estate. Chip was a custom home builder for six years in Texas, Colorado and Wyoming, and has been a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker in Colorado since 2006.



Chip is a participant in the XTERRA off-road triathlon series, and was a sprint finisher in the 2007 Buffalo Creek XTERRA event and a full course finisher in the 2009 Mountain

Cup race in Beaver Creek. He enjoys backpacking, fly fishing, running and creative writing. Chip spends as much time as possible outdoors with his dog, Frankie Jo.
